BIO BOURGEON. Primé à plusieurs reprises, notamment avec deux médailles d’or, il devient le premier artisan chocolatier certifié « Bio Bourgeon ». Lui, c’est Michaël Randin, jeune chocolatier établi à Montcherand. La particularité de ses créations ? Elles sont en majorité certifiées « Bio Bourgeon » : un label très contraignant, impliquant l’utilisation de matières premières bio, bien entendu, mais qui s’étend sur toute la chaîne de production, jusqu’aux emballages. Pour la gestion de sa société et pour obtenir le label « Bio Bourgon », Michael Randin utilise depuis de nombreuses années le Portail FRACTAL-SWISS®.
