In 2005, FRACTAL-SWISS offered us its Intranet portal, a solution for managing organization, documentation and communication.
In 2007, it allowed us to achieve ISO 9001 certification to guarantee the traceability, quality control, modus operandi, customer satisfaction then, in 2010, to complement our efforts we became ISO 14 001 certified for environmental management and OHSAS 18 001 for safety at work.
To crown our performance and quality development, we complemented this approach with ISO 3834 certification for welding and EN 1090 for the product's CE compliance.
Our company has made a huge step forward in its development during this period. We have become one of the Swiss leaders in the market with almost 300 employees and turnover of CHF 80 million.

Project costs
CHF/€ 100,000 before tax representing approx. 500 man-hours.
The project cost has been amortized over a year based on a simple calculation of productivity per employee and the time required for the implementation/search for documents, as follows:
For a 100-person team in the office each spending 5 minutes per day looking for documents this is an annual productivity gain of CHF 101,640.
This does not consider other more significant factors such as specific loss of business which would have lead the company to automatically revise its strategy.
